Shipping Rate

We charge a flat rate of $5 per item, to cover the shipping and handling expenses from USPS.

 


Fast, Same-Day Shipping

We know you don’t want to wait — that’s why orders placed by 3PM EST (Monday–Friday) are packed and shipped the same business day from our store!

If you order after 3PM EST or on a Saturday, your order will ship the next business day. Delivery time depends on the shipping speed you select.

 


When Your Order Ships

Orders before 3PM EST:
Placed your order early? We’ll pack and ship it that same day — easy!

Orders after 3PM EST:
Missed the cutoff? No problem — we’ll get it out first thing the next business day.

Weekend Orders:
Saturday shipping is temporarily paused. Orders placed after 3PM Friday will ship Monday (excluding holidays).
If you order before 2PM on Saturday, we’ll do our best to ship it same-day, but it’s not guaranteed.

 


Free Shipping

Get free shipping on orders over $50 shipped within the continental U.S.
Orders outside the continental U.S. don’t qualify for free shipping, but you’ll still get access to our best available rates.

For now all orders ship via USPS.

Keep in mind — USPS First Class Mail doesn’t include insurance. If you choose this option, KemBeauty isn’t responsible for any USPS delivery issues or lost packages.

 


Additional Info

We typically ship using USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days). If there’s a delay, it’s usually on USPS’s end — but don’t worry, every order includes tracking and delivery confirmation at no extra cost.
You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your package ships. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear on the USPS website.

Note: USPS Priority Mail delivery estimates (1–3 business days) aren’t guaranteed or refundable.

We don’t believe in long waits! Orders placed before 3PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day.
Orders after that time — or on Saturdays — ship the next business day.
Please note: shipping times aren’t guaranteed to all areas, and we reserve the right to decline an order when necessary.

 


Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items

If there’s a problem with your order (wrong item, missing product, or damage), please contact us within 2–3 business days of receiving it.

Send photos of the items and your invoice so we can quickly resolve the issue.Claims submitted after the 3-day window or without supporting info may be denied.
